By accessing or using the Global Caribbeans website (globalcaribbeans.com, "the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Anyone who uses the Site automatically agrees to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Site is operated by Careevo Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Jamaica. Global Caribbeans is a product powered by Careevo.

1. Use of this site
Global Caribbeans provides a job board listing remote work opportunities, together with a Job Alignment Report tool and a Resume Bank. By using this Site you agree to use it for lawful purposes only.
2. Job listings
Listings are sourced and curated by Global Caribbeans from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, and listings may expire or change at any time. Any salary figure shown is an estimated benchmark and may not reflect a specific employer's offer. Always verify details directly with the employer before applying.
3. No employment relationship
Global Caribbeans is a listing platform. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or recruiter. We do not guarantee job placement or employment.
4. External links
Job listings link to third-party sites, and all applications happen off our platform on the employer's own site. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites, and applying is always at your own discretion.
5. Job Alignment Reports, free monthly report, and payments
The Job Alignment Report tool matches your resume against a specific job and produces a report. Each new user receives one free Job Alignment Report each calendar month. To generate additional reports in the same month, you must purchase job alignment usage.
Prices are displayed in Jamaican Dollars (JMD), which is the source of truth. Any local-currency figure shown is an approximate estimate for reference only and may differ from what you are charged. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable pricing and to the refund terms in Section 6.
6. Refunds
A purchase of job alignment usage is refundable only if both of the following are true: you have not yet generated any Job Alignment Report from that purchase, and no more than seven (7) days have passed since you made the purchase. Once you have generated at least one Job Alignment Report, or once seven (7) days have passed since the purchase, whichever happens first, the purchase is no longer refundable. To request a refund within the eligible window, contact [email protected] with your account email and the details of your purchase.
7. AI-generated reports
Job Alignment Reports are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. They may contain errors, they are drafts to inform your own decisions, and they are not professional, legal, financial, or career advice and are not a guarantee of employment, an interview, a particular salary, or any specific outcome. Salary benchmarks and alignment scores are estimates and may not reflect the actual market or an employer's decision. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for reviewing any report before you rely on it.
8. Reporting listings and acceptable use
You may use the report a listing feature to flag a job that appears inaccurate, expired, or improper. You agree not to submit false, abusive, or unlawful content through this feature, and not to misuse the Site by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Resume Bank
The Resume Bank provides real but anonymized example resumes for study and inspiration. You may use them to guide your own resume. You may not resell or redistribute the Resume Bank content as your own.
10. Other career services
Global Caribbeans links to additional paid career services offered separately by Careevo (at careevo.co/authority), including career alignment, resume revamp, LinkedIn optimization, and introduction audio scripts. Those services, and any purchase of them, are provided by Careevo under the separate terms and refund policy published on careevo.co.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this Site, including its software, design, branding, and the "Global Caribbeans" and "Careevo" names and logos, is owned by or licensed to Careevo Limited. Documents generated for you from your own information remain yours. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the Site or its content without our written permission.
12. Limitation of liability
This Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Site or your reliance on any listing, report, or other content, including any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
